Araullo University (AU), located along Maharlika Highway in Barangay Bitas, Cabanatuan City, started out in 1950, then called Pamantasan ng Araullo. It was acquired by PHINMA on April 20, 2004, making it the first school to be part of the PHINMA Education Network, a milestone marking the renaissance of a more noble and illustrious University.

COC-PHINMA (formerly Cagayan de Oro College) was founded by a group of civic-minded professionals in 1947 and has been one of the most established educational facilities in Mindanao. It was re-established in 2005 by Phinma Education Network (PEN), a member of the Phinma Group of Companies, upon its acquisition of the school.

The University of Pangasinan is the first and oldest private university north of Manila accredited by the Philippine Association of Colleges & Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). It was acquired by PHINMA on February 2009, making it the third school integrated into the PHINMA Education Network.

The University of Iloilo was established in June 1947 by the Hon. Fernando H. Lopez, then mayor of Iloilo City. In 2009, it became the fourth school to be part of the PHINMA Education Network, becoming one of the biggest, most respected institutions in Iloilo and in the country that continues to provide affordable education. University of Iloilo offers quality courses and a specialized curriculum geared towards more jobs.
