It has also produced over 100 Filipino board exam topnotchers over the past 17 years. Beyond their academic and professional achievements, our alumni are strong contributors to their communities not just here but also abroad. Meet some of our alumni!

Powering through Obstacles

"There is no shortage of challenges in our line of work. But I was able to power through with the strong foundation that PHINMA COC gave me when I was still a student. I'm grateful for the four years I've spent there learning the ropes to being an IT professional. I'm proud to be a PHINMA Ed graduate."
Marc Anthony Danting
graduated Cum Laude in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Information Technology. He did his internship at Syntactics, Inc. where he is currently a web developer.

Defying Humble Backgrounds

"I knew before I started college that our lives would become more difficult. The mere fact that we don't have enough resources to cover my school fees and other school-related expenses, is already quite impossible for me to finish the program. But I am fortunate that the University of Pangasinan-PHINMA granted me a 50% HK scholarship, which helped to alleviate our family's financial burden. I also would like to express my profound gratitude to all of the instructors and professors in the Criminology Program for instilling in me the significance of education in attaining life goals."
Warlito Callanta Jr.
graduated in 2017 and went on to rank second in the region in the Criminology Board Exam.

Teaching the Next Generation

"I wouldn’t be who I am and where I am today without the guidance of my teachers and professors in PHINMA UPang. I want to thank the faculty for giving us a strong foundation and quality education and making us ready for work here and abroad. Thank you for making my life better. I hope you continue your mission in providing the best and quality education here in Pangasinan."

Stephanie T. Orduna
graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and became a topnotcher in the Teacher Licensure Examination. She continues to teach in Pangasinan.

Excelling through Core Work Skills

"PHINMA UPang helped me study for free through the Presidential Scholarship. Free education gave our family one less thing to worry about. The learnings I got from my professors never lacked in giving us encouragement and pushing us to give our best, and they [equipped us] to tackle real work-related situations with confidence. Extra-curricular activities, particularly event hosting and my stint with the student publication, gave me additional training and further enhanced my communication skills – a very important requirement for my current job."

EJ Dangla
Obtained his Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications in 2013 and now works as a corporate communications professional.

Giving Back to the Community

"I consider my life both as a student and a leader as one of the greatest and most difficult years of my college life. At some point, it felt really overwhelming knowing that I had to balance both academics and responsibilities as the Council Governor of the College of Engineering and Architecture. I felt really blessed to be chosen as one of the Former Presidential Scholars."

Engineer Richard F. Capua
graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in 2018 and now works with the local government while continuing to give back as a local youth development officer.

Achieving Aspirations

“PHINMA UI played a huge part in helping my studies and reaching my dreams in life. With the school’s support and my determination in studying, I graduated and passed as a Registered Criminologist. I was able to use everything that I learned in school to achieve my aspirations."

Romulo Orila Ignacio, Jr.

Becoming a Successful Professional

PHINMA Ed will help you reach your dreams in life.”
