Chito leads PHINMA Education's team of educators and education managers in making lives better for underserved students across the Philippines and Indonesia. As president and founder, he has been at the helm of the organization since 2004.

RAYMUNDO P. REYES, PH.D

COUNTRY HEAD, INDONESIA

Emon is responsible for the strategic direction of the Indonesia network, and the attainment of its enrollment, academic, and financial targets. He is currently based in Karawang, West Java.

DAISY C. MONTINOLA

CHIEF, FINANCE

Daisy oversees all financial operations of PHINMA Education from planning, to budgeting, to monitoring and analysis. Her work is crucial in ensuring efficiency in finance processes so tuition fees remain competitive and affordable for underserved youth.

CHRISTOPHER A. TAN

COUNTRY HEAD, PHILIPPINES

Happy is responsible for the strategic direction of the Philippine network, and the attainment of its enrollment, academic, and financial targets. He provides guidance on various aspects of our operations and seeks to streamline our processes to serve students better.

JEANETTE F. FOULC

CHIEF, INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS

Jeanette, or Ms. J, is at the heart of PHINMA Education's international operations, seeking opportunities to make lives better outside the Philippines and establishing operations in the new schools acquired.

Trissa leads PHINMA Education's strategy and planning efforts in order to ensure that the mission to make lives better through education is fulfilled in view of sustainability, good governance, and profitability. Her team also maintains relations with investors who support the mission across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

CHIEF, LEARNING

Franz heads PHINMA Education's Team Learning, where he and his team codesigns and helps improve programs that help their students get in school, finish school, and get a job, whether they finish their schooling or not.

BUEN L. BONTIGAO

CHIEF, CORPORATE AFFAIRS AND COUNTRY CHIEF, MARKETING - INDONESIA

Buen leads Team Indonesia in reaching out to as many underserved youth as possible to let them know about the programs and possibilities in Horizon Education. He also oversees PHINMA Education's Team Corporate Affairs, which handles corporate and internal branding projects.

ENRIQUE R. RUIZ

CHIEF, ASSETS

Ricky oversees the construction and maintenance of all school infrastructures. He is passionate about making sure all projects serve the students, faculty, and staff efficiently and sustainably.

Alex A. Ustaris

CHIEF, TECHNOLOGY

Alex is at the helm of PHINMA Education's Digital Transformation, where he and his team find effective and cost-efficient solutions to empower not just students but also faculty, staff, and management.

CHIEF, ANALYTICS

Nigel is at the helm of making sure PHINMA Education's decisions are informed by both data and the stories behind them. He and his team monitor a number of outcomes that help the organization tailor its learning strategies to the needs and aspirations of underserved youth.

COUNTRY CHIEF, MARKETING - PHILIPPINES

TJ leads Team Marketing - Philippines in connecting PHINMAEd schools with the underserved youth across the country. She and her team of sales, content, social media, and creative managers are responsible for ensuring that more students recognize PHINMA Ed as a conduit towards a better life for them and their families.

MARLON L. GALVEZ

 COUNTRY CHIEF, PEOPLE - PHILIPPINES

Marlon leads a team that focuses on attracting, engaging, and retaining a strong and competent workforce committed to the mission of making lives better through education. Under his leadership, PHINMA Education champions the growth and development of our people, continuously improves the way we work, and strengthens our talent brand and culture.

GLENN R. LAIGO, PH.D

COUNTRY CHIEF, LEARNING - PHILIPPINES

Glenn is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of learning programs in the Philippine schools. This includes execution and contextualization of global learning principles and programs, such as Active Learning, the Student Success Program, and the Great Teacher Program, among others. This also includes attending to academic-related operational tasks, such as country academic policies, curricula, and learning modes.

JAMES V. PE

COUNTRY CHIEF, FINANCE-PHILIPPINES

James oversees the Finance teams of PHINMA Education schools under Philippines-PEN. He focuses on the financial aspects of operations and ensures that schools' Finance teams are fully equipped to provide support to the Operations team in making informed financial decisions and strategies in school operations.

MARTIN S. PEREZ

CHIEF, OPERATIONS - PHINMA ARAULLO UNIVERSITY

Martin oversees the day-to-day operations of PHINMA Araullo University in Cabanatuan City and San Jose City in Nueva Ecija. He values attentiveness to the needs of students and agility in developing solutions for the underserved market.

CHIEF, OPERATIONS - PHINMA CAGAYAN DE ORO COLLEGE

Mark oversees the day-to-day operations of PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College. He strives to empower the COC team to serve the students in their educational journey and to fulfill PHINMA Ed's mission of making lives better.

CHERYL JANE P. CHAN

CHIEF, OPERATIONS - SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY PHINMA

Che oversees the day-to-day operations of SWU PHINMA in Cebu City. Her extensive ground experience allows her to connect with students, faculties, and communities to make SWU PHINMA a consistently high performing university.

OFELIA ODILAO-BISNAR

CHIEF, OPERATIONS - PHINMA UNIVERSITY OF ILOILO

Ofel oversees the day-to-day academic and administrative operations of PHINMA University of Iloilo. She values collaboration, openness, trust, integrity, efficiency and quality performance in service to its students, faculty, staff and the community at large. Her mantra is "SERVICE - Love Put into Action."

CHIEF, OPERATIONS - PHINMA UNIVERSITY OF PANGASINAN

Albert oversees the day-to-day operations of PHINMA UPang in Dagupan and Urdaneta. His innovative and hands-on management style allows him to make an impact across the organization.

ANA MARIA CECILIA S. CHUA

CHIEF, OPERATIONS - PHINMA EDUCATION NCR

Ana oversees the day-to-day operations of PHINMA Education NCR, which includes PHINMA Saint Jude College in the City of Manila and PHINMA Republican College in Quezon City. She believes in the collective talent and passion of everyone in PEN NCR and PHINMA Education to make the lives of our students better.

EDUARDO Y. AREVALO

CHIEF, OPERATIONS - PHINMA EDUCATION LAGUNA

Ed oversees the day-to-day operations of PHINMA Education Laguna, which includes PHINMA Rizal College of Laguna in Calamba and PHINMA Union College of Laguna in Santa Cruz. His more than 30 years of experience in the academe attunes him to the needs of students allowing him to develop and implement programs to help them succeed in their chosen profession.

RYZA MARTINEZ-SOLANA

ACTING CHIEF, OPERATIONS - RADLEARNING

Ryza oversees the day-to-day implementation of RaDLearning, one of PHINMA Education's learning modalities, across the schools implementing it. She is also responsible for the ongoing design of RaDLearning, believing in its potential to attract more underserved students.
