Selamat pagi, good morning, to our partners in the Yayasan Triputra Persada Horizon Education. To our visitors also, of PHINMA education and our friends in the community, our friends in government, in the press, our Horizon University employees, our Horizon University students.
So good morning. I want to share two short stories. At the start of the pandemic, 2020, these are two stories of two students. The first student, because internet connectivity was important. Every time there were exams, he had to travel to the house of his classmate because the internet connection there was better. He wanted a better internet connection during exams.
The second student also had internet problems, so her father constructed a tree house so that the student could go up the tree house and get a better internet connection.
These two students have the same dream, to get a degree so that they can have a better life. But they have the same problem. They need an affordable way, an accessible way to achieve this dream, to get the degree. They have the same dream, they have the same problem, but one is a student of Horizon Education and the other is a student of PHINMA Education. One is a Filipino student and one is an Indonesian student. And now, fast forward to today, in the inauguration of Horizon University, we have a bigger opportunity to make more dreams come true. Because there are many more students in Indonesia who also need an affordable and accessible way to get a degree so that they can have a better life.
For us, if we do our job well, if Horizon Education, Horizon University will do its job well, we will be able to produce the global Indonesians. Global Indonesians who can serve the world, whether they work here or they work abroad. For our part, PHINMA Education, we will continue to support Horizon University. With our experience in the Philippines, we will share our knowledge, our experience in designing affordable degrees that focus on entry-level jobs that will help in their first steps to a good career.
We will also help design programs that will also help our Indonesian students get better in English. So that, whether working in Indonesia or abroad, they can serve the world. So again, congratulations to Horizon University. PHINMA Education will continue as a partner to support Horizon University. Congratulations!
