Chito leads PHINMA Education's team of educators and education managers in making lives better for underserved students across the Philippines and Indonesia. As president and founder, he has been at the helm of the organization since 2004.

Emon is responsible for the strategic direction of the Indonesia network, and the attainment of its enrollment, academic, and financial targets. He is currently based in Karawang, West Java.

Happy is responsible for the strategic direction of the Philippine network, and the attainment of its enrollment, academic, and financial targets. He provides guidance on various aspects of our operations and seeks to streamline our processes to serve students better.

CHIEF, FINANCE

Daisy oversees all financial operations of PHINMA Education from planning, to budgeting, to monitoring and analysis. Her work is crucial in ensuring efficiency in finance processes so tuition fees remain competitive and affordable for underserved youth.

Controller

James oversees the Finance teams of PHINMA Education schools. He focuses on the financial aspects of operations and ensures that schools' Finance teams are fully equipped to provide support to the Operations team in making informed financial decisions and strategies in school operations.

CHIEF, LEARNING

Franz heads PHINMA Education's Team Learning, where he and his team codesigns and helps improve programs that help students get in and finish school, get a job, and succeed, whether they finish their schooling or not.

Jeanette, or Ms. J, is at the heart of PHINMA Education's international operations, seeking opportunities to make lives better outside the Philippines and establishing operations in the new schools acquired.

Albert heads the Philippine Education Network of PHINMA Education. He ensures that operations are streamlined to provide quality and accessible education for our audience.

CHIEF, STRATEGY

Trissa leads PHINMA Education's strategy and planning efforts in order to ensure that the mission to make lives better through education is fulfilled in view of sustainability, good governance, and profitability. Her team also maintains relations with investors who support the mission across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

Chief, Team Employee Engagement

Ana leads the organization’s relationships with alumni, corporate partners, and stakeholders. She ensures that even our graduates are connected to us for further equipping and updating where graduates are.

OIC CHIEF, MARKETING

Clau leads Team Marketing - Philippines, along with the other senior managers, in connecting PHINMA Education schools with the underserved youth across the country. He and teams of Marketing & sales, branding & content and pre-enrollment coaching managers are responsible for ensuring that more students recognize and choose PHINMA Education as the vehicle for making their lives better through education.

Chief, Asset Management

Ricky oversees the construction and maintenance of all school infrastructures. He is passionate about making sure all projects serve the students, faculty, and staff efficiently and sustainably.

Chief, Analytics

Nigel is at the helm of making sure PHINMA Education's decisions are informed by both data and the stories behind them. He and his team monitor a number of outcomes that help the organization tailor its learning strategies to the needs and aspirations of underserved youth.

Chief, Technology

Alex leads PHINMA Education's Digital Transformation, where he and his team find effective and cost-efficient solutions to empower not just students but also faculty, staff, and management.

Chief, Completion

Kat leads the team that assures every student is being taken care of from the moment they express interest to go to college to job seeking after graduation. She makes sure that completion is the goal from the start of the student’s journey in our schools.

Head, Assurance

Vieme focuses on enhancing the integrity and effectiveness of PHINMA Education's initiatives to improve student success. Her team provides independent assurance and advisory services, ensuring efficient implementation of the new framework while aligning with PHINMA Education’s mission and compliance standards.

Chief, Data

Johnny is committed to ensuring that relevant, clean data is available and flows smoothly, both from internal and external sources. He and his team support various analytics functions in a secure, well-managed environment, wherever they’re needed.

Martin oversees the day-to-day academic and administrative operations of PHINMA University of Iloilo (UI). He values collaboration, openness, trust, integrity, efficiency and quality performance in service to its students, faculty, staff and the community at large. His mantra is "SERVICE - Love Put into Action."

Mark oversees the day-to-day operations of PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College (COC). He strives to empower the COC team to serve the students in their educational journey and to fulfill PHINMA Ed's mission of making lives better.

Cheryl oversees the day-to-day operations of Southwestern University (SWU) PHINMA in Cebu City. Her extensive ground experience allows her to connect with students, faculties, and communities to make SWU PHINMA a world class university.

Chief, Operations- NCR

Liz oversees the day-to-day operations of PHINMA Education NCR, which includes PHINMA Saint Jude College in Manila, Quezon City, and PHINMA Southeastern College in Pasay. She believes in the collective talent and passion of everyone in PHINMA Education to make the lives of our students better.

Chief, Operations- AU

Resty oversees the day-to-day operations of PHINMA Araullo University (AU) in Cabanatuan City and San Jose City in Nueva Ecija. He values attentiveness to the needs of students and agility in developing solutions for the underserved market.

Chief, Operations- UPANG

Kathy oversees the day-to-day operations of PHINMA University of Pangasinan (UPang) in Dagupan and Urdaneta. Her innovative and hands-on management style allows her to make an impact across the organization.

Jo oversees the day-to-day operations of PHINMA Saint Jude College in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Her skills and talent allows every personnel in the school to strive for the mission of the organization.
