Since partnering with PHINMA Education in 2019, Concentrix has hired 265 graduates from six out of PHINMA Education’s nine schools namely, Araullo University, Cagayan de Oro College, Southwestern University, Saint Jude College, University of Iloilo and University of Pangasinan.

The pandemic did not deter Concentrix from joining the activities in various PHINMA Education campuses. This includes participation in career talks (both physical and virtual), mock interviews, and hiring activities. Concentrix also took in interns from various schools. A total of 20 students were deployed to the Talent Acquisitions Team and did their OJT face-to-face in 2021.

As the Philippine IT-BPM industry has remained resilient during and post-pandemic, Concentrix, which continues to grow its workforce and provide jobs nationwide, is optimistic and forging ahead with various plans on partnerships.

Moving forward, we’d like to try various activities such as an exclusive hiring program and a virtual pre-employment training for alumni. We’d also like to continue with the virtual internship program as well as career talks for students. We think that the career talks are a good venue to introduce the customer experience or commonly known as IT-BPM industry (and Concentrix) to more PHINMA Education students. We’d like them to have a better appreciation of the industry too, and hopefully get them to join us.”
