PHINMA Education Laguna network (Rizal College of Laguna and Union College of Laguna) and Union Galvasteel are both business units of PHINMA Corporation.  Recently, these organizations have teamed up because of shared objectives.

Union Galvasteel Corporation (UGC) is a leading manufacturer and distributor of prepainted and other galvanized roofing.  Through the years, through innovative technology, it has successfully helped contractors, developers and professionals in building safe and sustainable communities. UGC currently has various job openings in various locations like  Calamba, Makati, Pampanga, Tacloban, Davao, Lanao, Benguet, Gensan, Marbel, Cainta, Cotabato, Iloilo, Leyte and Bulacan. It has opportunities for both entry level (sales assistants) and experienced positions (CSR manager, engineers, sales officers, inventory and cost accounting officer, category officer, tax planning officer, process and controls officer).

PHINMA Education Laguna recently organized a Remote and Distance Learning (RAD) learning session for UGC employees. RAD is a learning set-up that allows students to do their coursework from anywhere without having to go to school. Through this program, undergraduate employees may have the chance to be able to finish their degree by completing subjects through a flexible and affordable model. 

PHINMA Education strives to make lives better by providing accessible and quality education to underprivileged youth. It currently has nine schools namely PHINMA Araullo University in Cabanatuan, PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College, PHINMA University of Pangasinan, PHINMA University of Iloilo, Southwestern University PHINMA in Cebu City, PHINMA Saint Jude College in Manila, PHINMA Republican College in Quezon City, PHINMA Rizal College of Laguna, and PHINMA Union College of Laguna. It also aims to expand across Southeast Asia beginning with Horizon Education in Indonesia.
