WTW employs PHINMA Saint Jude College CMA students through its Socio-economic Inclusion Program

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) recently partnered with PHINMA Saint Jude on a pilot program to help college students finish their education while working part-time.

WTW is one of the largest multinational insurance advisory and brokerage firms in the world.  It was also recently awarded as one of the Philippines’ Best Employers for 2023.

The pilot is WTW’s very first Socio-economic Inclusion Program that targets underprivileged, yet hardworking students with an employment commitment. Candidates who qualify will receive a good compensation package, including allowances and employee benefits. Three graduating BSBA students majoring in Financial Management and Marketing Management from PHINMA SJC’s College of Management and Accountancy (CMA) were successfully matched for HR and Investment Analyst positions. Plans are afoot to expand this pilot to absorb more students.

Ms. Kit Sison, WTW HR Services Delivery Leader, also extended an invitation to share more about PHINMA Education in an online WTW Career Week. “I felt PHINMA Education’s sincere pride for its students. I was quite impressed on how articulate Angela Ong is. They truly deserve to break away from the poverty cycle,” shared Ms. Sison.

PHINMA Education, in almost two decades, has shown that investing in our country’s future begins with enabling, empowering, and equipping every Filipino with accessible, quality private school education.
